ENVI-PAK is an environmental company and we are highly devoted to continual reducing the impact of our activities on the environment. Our next step to be environmentally friendly is seguing into electronic invoicing. We hope that our customers are not indifferent to the trees that can be saved by limiting the amount of paper used for administration. And not only that! When sending invoices electronically no vehicles are used for distribution of mail.

Electronically sent invoice serves as a full tax and accounting document. Moreover, the methods used ensure the credibility and integrity of origin and invoice meets all requirements under the Act No.222/2004 Coll.

If a client still needs the invoice in the paper form, they can print it anytime.

Electronic invoicing is a convenient, safe and what is more, environmentally friendly. Thanks to using it, we together help to protect the environment.

To use the electronic invoicing it is necessary to conclude a Contract on electronic data interchange in business cooperation, which can be downloaded in the Client Zone of www.envipak.sk website. Two copies of the form of the contractshould be filled in, two copies printed and signed and both should be sent to ENVI-PAK post address. We will then send back a signed copy and together, we can enjoy the benefits of electronic invoicing.
